Refunds and Returns

We strive to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all our customers. However, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, providing images and videos of the damage. We will process your refund within 7 to 10 days.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Orders: Processed within 1 business day (excluding public holidays and Sundays). Delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Delivery Times: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Shipping Fees: Free domestic shipping for all orders except free trials.

Damaged or Quality Issues

  • Reporting Damages: Contact Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt with images and videos.
  • Quality Complaints: Contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.

Note: We are not responsible for damages caused after delivery due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application.

Exchange Policy

  • Only accepted if products are returned in saleable condition and original packaging.
  • Requests are subject to checking and approval by Blvooming.
  • No refunds once goods are sold.

Cancellations

  • By Blvooming: Orders may be canceled at Blvooming's discretion. Reasons may include product unavailability or errors in pricing.
  • By User: Blvooming may accept or reject cancellation requests. Orders already processed cannot be canceled.

Refunds for canceled orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 Days.
